This legal notice governs access to and use of the website www.marbellalove.es, operated under the brand Marbella Love (the “Website Owner”).

Browsing this website makes you a USER and implies full, unreserved acceptance of every condition published here. The Website Owner may change these conditions without prior notice; the updated text will be published on this page as soon as possible. Read this notice before using the information and services on the site.

Marbella Love is an escort agency based in Marbella. Through this website it presents profiles of adult companions for dinners, events, outcall and private bookings arranged with the agency. Use of the site is limited to adults aged 18 and over.

The user must use the website correctly, in accordance with the law, good faith, public order, fair dealing and this legal notice, and is liable to the Website Owner or to third parties for any damage arising from a breach of that duty.

Any use other than that authorised is expressly prohibited. The Website Owner may deny or withdraw access at any time.

4. Access and use

The website and its public pages are free to access. Some services (contact, casting) require a form. The user warrants that the data they send are genuine and up to date, and is solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements.

The user undertakes to use the contents and services properly and, among other things, not to:

4.1 Age of majority

The user may view, print and store elements solely for personal, private use, and must not remove or circumvent any protection device or security system on the site.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

The Website Owner reserves the right to bring civil or criminal actions for improper use of the website or for breach of these conditions.

The relationship between the user and the provider is governed by the law applicable in Spain. Any dispute may be submitted to arbitration or to the ordinary courts, in accordance with the rules on jurisdiction. For these purposes the Website Owner is connected with Marbella (Málaga), Spain. The language used is Spanish, with an English translation provided for convenience; in case of conflict the Spanish version prevails.

Privacy policy

Personal data sent through this website are processed by Marbella Love as controller, solely to handle your request (booking, enquiry or casting) and to keep the records needed to run the service. Data are not sold or transferred to third parties except where a legal duty requires it (for example a request from the competent authorities).

The contact form may collect name, email, telephone and message. The casting form may also collect photographs you upload. WhatsApp conversations take place on Meta’s service and are subject to that provider’s terms. Profile-view statistics are stored to operate the catalogue.

You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection by writing through the channels in section 3. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Payments

This website does not take card payments or store payment-card data. Rates and the method of payment are agreed privately with the agency, usually on WhatsApp, before any meeting. Marbella Love does not collect money through the contact form.
